The location was really central. It was easy to get around. on-site parking existed, and i found that a bonus, though the parking space was tight.
The stairs were quite steep. i was on an upper floor, and it was a bit of a climb. the carpeted bathroom felt a bit strange to me. It was unexpected.

i got a warm welcome and the owner provided clear explanations on keys and available facilities. the location was good, near the train station and the main attractions. the room had tea and coffee facilities, a nice touch after a long day.
the water pressure in the shower was indeed very poor. the lack of blockout curtains allowed too much light into the room at night. the bathroom being carpeted felt a bit unusual to me.

convenient locationpoor pressureendless stairs
The location was convenient, near attractions and transport. I guess it met my bare minimum expectations.
The shower pressure was a joke, more like a gentle mist than a proper wash. the room seemed like a sauna. The window didn't open, and i almost suffocated during the night. the stairs seemed endless. Climbing them with luggage seemed like a workout.

The host provided a friendly and warm welcome. She gave a clear explanation of the keys and available facilities. I found the on-site parking a bonus. The location is ideal.
The building seemed old, and the carpets looked dated. The walls could use painting. There was an old, damp scent in the room. I struggled to lock my door. I felt unsafe.
